At Cozy Shade Lane, we carefully pack each order with care and intention. While we hope every item arrives safely and exactly as expected, here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and what to expect:

Shipping

We currently ship all orders using USPS or UPS. You’ll be able to choose your preferred carrier at checkout, depending on what works best for you.

  • Processing Time

    Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. This window gives us time to prepare your items, package them safely, and get everything ready for shipment.

  • Delivery Time

    After your order ships, delivery typically takes:

    • 3–5 business days with USPS

    • 2–3 business days with UPS

    Please note that USPS may take an extra day or two longer than UPS depending on your location.

  • Tracking Your Order

    Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Keep an eye on that number—it’s the best way to follow your order’s journey from our hands to yours.

  • Lost or Missing Packages

    If your order doesn’t arrive or appears to be lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier you selected at checkout (USPS or UPS). They’ll have the most up-to-date tracking details and may be able to locate your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items lost or delayed by the shipping provider once they leave our hands, but we’ll always do our best to assist you however we can.

Returns

At this time, we are not accepting returns. As a small shop, each product is made or packed with care in limited quantities, and we are unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds.
